Jumping Jesus fish, I think I see the finish line. My 1,000 mile journey is almost over. Today I received the proof back from my formatting agency. Beyond a couple of small edits, that portion is done. Also, the print version is wrapping up.
What does that mean? It means that when my print format is done, my cover artist can modify the cover shape in order to print the versions correctly. Then it’s uploaded to CreateSpace and off to the Interwebs! Then the real hooker mentality sets in.
Promoting! And a lot. This will be my very first book and I have only a handful of friends to rely on and hopefully some devout WordPress fans…(hint, hint). So I will be hitting up social media and anyone willing to help me in this rather terrifying venture. In all, it should be available for public purchase within two weeks, maybe three. I’ll keep updates handy!
What next though… My journey is almost complete. Goals met, dream achieved. Now what?
Oh, Great Scooby-Doo! The next journey of another 1,000 miles!!! Because who doesn’t love sequels? Next time, I’m taking a bicycle though.
