Post a Quote Challenge (Day 1)

Hello Everyone,

I’m sure a lot of you have been seeing the Post A Quote Challenge. Thankfully, people like me enough to nominate me for things like this. I want to thank both Kate M. Colby & Zach Chopchinski for nominating me!

Here are the rules in said challenge:

* Post one quotation a day for three days (they can be from other sources or one of your own).

* Nominate 3 other bloggers to participate per post.

* Thank the blogger who nominated you.

So, now we come down to it, first day selection. I decided to take it back old school and simultaneously simplistic. Something heartfelt that speaks to everyone. So who could do it better than good old Theodor Geisel aka Dr. Seuss.

This not only speaks to me as an author, but as a father, a husband, a friend and just a human being. We should never be so afraid of our own voices to not let them be heard. It doesn’t always mean we’re right, but it proves we’re alive and thinking on our own.

Now, my first batch of nominees (feel free to participate or not, I’m picking on those that I don’t know that well today):

Millie Ho

April L. Wood

Katy Upperman
